How we handle the details of your quotation enquiry.
Who are we?

Your enquiry
We use your business and contact details, route and shipment information to answer your question and prepare a quotation. The basis is steps at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in assisting business contacts. Required fields are needed to assess your enquiry. There is no automatic booking or decision-making.
Where do your details go?
When delivery is enabled, our team receives the enquiry at info@flora-line.be through the configured mail service. Hostinger processes website requests. The form does not store enquiry contents in a website database. Preview mode validates the enquiry without emailing it. We do not use these details for newsletters.
Retention and protection
Quotation correspondence without a follow-up is deleted within twelve months of the last contact. A contract has its own applicable retention periods. A necessary session cookie protects the form. To prevent abuse, the form retains protected derivatives of the IP address and enquiry, timestamps and delivery status for up to 24 hours, cleaned up at the next use. Hosting and mail services may keep their own technical logs.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction at info@flora-line.be. Where applicable, you can object or request portability. You can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be). We use no advertising or analytics cookies. Phone and email links open your own app.
